I am an emerging two-spirit Michif artist working in self-reflective conceptual, folk, and character art.
My mediums of choice include paints of all variety and digital design, with experimental mixed media quickly making a home in my practice.

Standing just over 4ft tall, coyote is one of my earliest accomplishments in painting. Part of a larger installation called bridges, this work embodies the concept of Yin and the Indigenous story of the trickster, Coyote, while exploring the duality of existence that ties all living beings to this earth.

Elements of my unconscious world present themselves through this self-portrait, beckoning viewers closer to investigate the deepest corners of my heart & soul. The third eye and antlers are common parts of my self-portraits, paying respect to my gifts with Spirit and Indigenous roots.

Completed in a single-weight mechanical pencil, this self-portrait was the instigating piece in an ongoing series. Each piece within the series builds up from this base, applying experimental techniques within a different medium each time. There are currently three works in the set so far.

The bottom-most piece of an installation entitled totem, this flowing painting features seven of the most influential guides in my life so far. They are my friends, and each has a share of stories and teachings that have shaped who I am today.

The middle part of a towering trio, shadow discusses the collective parts of humanity that most don't even know are there. In Jungian theory, the shadow is the part of the self that is hidden beneath the surface of what's shown to the world. In order to reach true understanding of self, one must fully weave ego and shadow together in a heroic task that takes a lifetime to achieve.
